Why do I say finally? Because I have been following YOU’s struggles over the past couples of months on twitter… the recordings, photo shoots, the tech issues, the stress and the fun, eating apples on the run….
This guy is seriously disciplined too; For him this is serious business and with all right; he is good, grace period is good, and it was really with good vibes in anticipation that I went with Phoe-Lo and Miss Elle to Black Hole Live House tonight.
We did get a smaller surprise though… because so far when we have been out and about LIVE HOUSING, the audience have to a large extent been female (80% min),and Phoe-Lo and I almost ALWAYS the ONLY gaijins (foreigners) present.
First people we see when we arrive tonight.. Three Russian girls… but wait there is more …. One of the bands playing this night LAST SECOND had a Brazilian Vocalist and he had obviously brought his whole entourage in so it felt more like RIO de Janeiro in the end than a Japanese LIVE HOUSE ….
meaning Phoe-Lo and Miss Elle and I…. well we didnt get that typical LIVE HOUSE feeling tonight ha ha Maybe that explains why my videos came out crappy tonight?!
The Black Hole was packed, lighting actually was very tough because the room and stage is pretty straight forward so all lights kind of hit directly ON you. Anyway enough excuses…. here is grace period in a short clip!
